All our products are handmade, there might be slight variations in print placement or colour variations between the actual products and the images on our website. These differences make each piece truly unique. We do a strict quality check on the weaving and printing/dyeing of our fabric before we proceed with tailoring.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of store credit, within a certain amount of days.
If you do not receive your refund in the form of store credit, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please note, certain items cannot be returned for a refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
CUSTOM FIT ITEMS
There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders. In case of a fitting issue, the piece can be altered to the customer's requirements.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. They can be only exchanged for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will mail you the next steps.
Please note, certain items cannot be exchanged.
RETURN SHIPPING COST
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund (in the form of store credit), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item of higher value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
